Main features:
No fast travel, every drive and walk across the map now has a purpose.
The game remembers your exact player position when you exit.
Contracts without borrowed vehicles, use your own machines and earn every coin.
Productions locked to "Store" mode, you must manually move goods between factories and sell points.
Loans disabled, progress comes from work not debt.
Decorative trees x20, meant for planting and harvesting real trees, not instant forests.
Animals must be bought and sold at the dealer with a trailer, no magical barn deliveries.
Manual carry limit about 50 kg, no more lifting logs like a superhero.
Selling land returns only 50 percent of its purchase price, prevents unrealistic flip farming.
Vehicles with 100 percent damage will not start, tow them to the workshop like in real life.

Note: the base game does not support transporting chickens.
You will need a trailer mod that allows bird transport.
