1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Farm Sim UK ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the Site

Farm Sim UK is a community platform for Farming Simulator players. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable UK or international laws or regulations.
• Upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest data without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Mod Submissions and User Content

When you submit a mod listing, modlist, or any other content ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You hold the rights to the content or have obtained necessary permissions from the rights holder.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content complies with GIANTS Software's modding guidelines and End User Licence Agreement.

By submitting User Content you grant Farm Sim UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that, in our sole judgement, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Premium Membership

Premium features are available through Buy Me a Coffee membership tiers. Payments are processed by Buy Me a Coffee and are subject to their terms of service. Farm Sim UK does not store your payment information. Premium benefits are provided on a good-faith basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features and reserve the right to modify or discontinue tiers with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Farm Sim UK and its original content (excluding User Content) are the property of Farm Sim UK and its operators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Farming Simulator is a trademark of GIANTS Software. Farm Sim UK is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GIANTS Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farm Sim UK and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
